Mongolian magtals: tradition of using

The article deals with the problem of using the Mongolian praises (magtals). They have been connected with traditional ceremonial life of Mongolian nomads and accompanied various rituals. There was a clear regulation concerning time and place of saying praises. Magtals were the main part of the calendar, family and religious festivals of Mongols.
