Traditional memorial forms for traumatic events in Russia

The article deals with such traditional memorial forms for traumatic events in Russia, as skudelnitsy, crosses-cenotaphs, various types of Orthodox churches-monuments and war memorials. Also the author examines commemorations related to them and analyzes historical and pragmatic contexts of their creation, as well as their influence on contemporary memorial processes.
