The article deals with the wedding ceremony of Belarusian immigrants’ chidren based on a field study of folklore and ethnographic material out of Sedelnikovsky district of Omsk region. The study of the microlocal oasis of tradition discovers why the specific “mainland” character of Belarusian wedding ceremony and its poetry has preserved.
